| Fill a chilled highball glass with ice cubes. Add Absolut Raspberri and grenadine. Top up with orange juice. Garnish with a wedge of orange. |

| APPLETON - Tropical Passion |
1 1/2 oz Appleton Estate V/X
1 oz Passoa Passion Fruit Liqueur
2 oz apple juice
1/2 apricot
5 seedless grapes
1 tsp sugar |

| Dice apricot and muddle with grapes and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake and pour into a highball glass. |

1 part Bacardi
3 parts clud soda
12 mint leaves
1/2 lime
1/2 part sugar |

| Place 12 mint leaves, 1/2 part sugar and 1/2 lime in a glass. Muddle well with a pestle. Add Bacardi, top off with club soda, stir well and garnish with sprigs of mint or a lime wheel. |

| BAILEYS - A Cool Smoothie |
50ml Baileys with a hint of coffee
3 ice cubes |

| Blend until all the ice disappears. The liquid volume almost doubles without losing any of the great taste of Baileys. Enjoy in a tall glass. |

2 parts Beefeater Gin
1/2 part lime juice
3 drops orange flower water (optional)
1 part soda water
1 part double cream
1 egg white
1/2 part sugar syrup |

| Shake all ingredients, except for the soda. Strain into an ice filled highball, top with soda and garnish with a lemon wheel. |

| Half fill a champagne flute with crushed ice. Pour in a generous measure of Chivas Regal, and then add apple schnapps (or clear apple juice). Top with ginger ale. Add a slice of green apple and serve. |

| Mix the Crown Royal, apple and peach schnapps, and sweet & sour mix with ice cubes in a shaker and shake until well blended. Strain into a shot glass. Makes one serving. |
