The original purchase
receipt must accompany any return. Credit/debit
card copies or photocopies of original receipt
cannot be accepted.
Returns must be
made within thirty (30) days of original purchase1
All returned product(s)
must be unopened and in immediate saleable condition
as determined by our sales personnel2
Confectionery, skincare and makeup type products
can only be returned with purchase receipt when
specifically due to manufacturer defect or personal
allergy3
No refunds on pierced earrings
Customer will
only be refunded the amount(s) as shown on the
original receipt for the returned product(s)
Refunds will be
made in the same payment media as shown on the
original receipt
Refunds may only
be done in person
Refunds may be
completed at a different dates and time if consultation

1Products purchased as gifts
between November 1 – December 25 may be returned
up to thirty (30) days after December 25. Original
