The original purchase receipt must accompany any return. Credit/debit card copies or photocopies of original receipt cannot be accepted.
Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of original purchase (1)
All returned product(s) must be unopened and in immediate saleable condition as determined by our sales personnel (2)
Confectionery, skincare and makeup type products can only be returned with purchase receipt when specifically due to manufacturer defect or personal allergy (3)
No refunds on pierced earrings
Customer will only be refunded the amount(s) as shown on the original receipt for the returned product(s)
Refunds will be made in the same payment media as shown on the original receipt
Refunds may only be done in person
Refunds may be completed at a different dates and time if consultation is required

Products purchased as gifts between November 1 – December 25 may be returned up to thirty (30) days after December 25. Original receipt must accompany all returns.

Product(s) must be returned in original packaging along with any accessories, warranty/product information and free giveaway(s) that were originally sold with the products.
